In most cases when HO representative didn't turn up in the court means you have 99% of chance to win your case. So I am confident you will receive positive feed back.

you will eligible to get child benefit after your permanent stay. Before getting ILR you are not eligible. I strongly advise you don't do this mistake because child benefit consider as a Public Fund.

It doesn't matter if you are doing your business activities from home address (means your business registered at your home address) or you are using virtual office address. HMRC Letter will sufficient that showing you are registered as self-employed. The third party funding is OK but you must be provide CORRECT format as per Home Office Requirement.
