Re: Financial req: Compnay Director

No, it's completely wrong and will set the ECO braincell into operation and check with HMRC etc... You should be liaising with your accountant and drawing up the correct paperwork and dividend vouchers, you can't just draw out what you feel like. This money you have withdrawn will be entered agains...

Re: Please help. My wife's visa was refused!

I'm thinking they refused it just because i said i get third party support? Re: Divorce and new marriage

Are you domiciled in the UK? As if you are you need to check whether your divorce will be accepted by ukba, as if you are domiciled in the uk and your ex-wife is also in the UK, the UKBA may expect you to get a divorce through the uk courts. I have heard two opinions so far, one says that a Pakistan...

Re: bare talaq and its validity by the UKBA for new spouse v

Thanks for the replys,

I did read something about the Kashmir courts somewhere but can't seem to find the details for that now.

I can't see why there won't accept the divorce if it's done by the Kashmir court ?

Re: getting a divorce in the uk courts for the ex-wife who h

thanks again, no children or assets are involved, i just read on the www.gov.uk/divorce/respond-to-a-divorce-petition that if the spouse disagrees with the divorce there may have to pay a fee of £245, which i doubt there will be willing to pay, and if a divorce is defended on both sides the court wi...

i am hoping that when i do this it takes less then 3 months to get the divorce absolute, as a 6 month process would not work out too good for me
