In tier 2 when your company license is revoke
you will receive a 60 days letter from Ukvi

Wait for that 60 days letter
Some time that you receive with in 2 week
If you lucky it will be late apply any flr application

Hope fully your time will complete and then vary application

I think its not a problem
you can change name /surname or sig
any time
for name and surname you make deed poll but I think for signature you not doing any thing
only you inform your banks
if you apply visa or ilr you can sign form with new sig

Hi Your immigration history I can see you wrote visa valid until 31 may 2009 And you applied 4 June 2009 which was after your visa expire Means with in 28 days grace period It's means you was overstay when you applied visa on 4 June 2009 and no 3c applies Then you refused 21 July 2009 without appeal...

When you left uk last day of your visa it's mean
You have a visa when left
I assume you applied with in 28 days
Refuse and decion overturned

In my knowledge if you left uk when u have visa and applied with in 28 days and get visa your continue resedence is not broken
