They need to ask Ftt for permission first to appeal to Ut, they have 5 working days to do that, if Ftt judge refuses permission to appeal, then they can apply to Ut for permission to appeal. Please see the link below.

Hi, tribunal is taking longer nowadays up to 8 weeks in my case.

Applied 6th Sept 2012
Refused 22nd March 2013(No contract, no advertisement)

So true and ironic considering when Tier 1 entrepreneur was introduced, some people got their visa for selling goods on e bay.

Congratulations @Sad1, that is very good news, I still have not heard from the tribunal yet and I am freaking out, I have completed my 10 years LR on the 7th of February and this is making me more nervous now. I emailed tribunal's customer services and keeping my fingers crossed.
