Congratulations everyone who got their visas, when will my turn come, if anyone has applied around 20th March calls home office for updates, let us know what they saying, I am too scared to call them myself. Good luck to the rest of us.

@Seeker26. No worries. The timeline is for Set LR 10 years applications, some people who applied for Set M got their visas earlier, it depends on their case load.

you are right shah jee when we call HO they told us case worker requested for your passport ,its department to department request.you know my case is on appeal. its very very frustrating know they said they requested for my passport on 8th of may. i don't know where is my passport. shah jee please p...

If you are trying to clock 10 years, then your best bet is to appeal to CA, best of luck.

Hi, Just called HO and Customer service lady (Leslie) informed me that my case has been allocated to a case work department beyond that she holds no information on my case. Thanks very much for your reply, My leave will not be extended by 3c/3d as my application for LR was out of time, and my embassy has refused to give me a new passport, I am in a horrible situation as I don't want to leave the country before my LR application is decided.

Hello, Thanks for your comment.

I applied for ILR, when my appeal was allowed by FTT, I had completed 10 years by then. Technically this appeal in UT is not mine as HO has appealed FTT decision as they know Rodriguez has been overruled and now they will win this appeal. Let's see what happens.
