Hi, maybe HO applied for permission straight to UT, if you get a hearing date you should attend as they will decide against your case if you don't. Good luck.

Hi,

So sorry to hear about this. Ho appealed to UT in my case as well, I only found out by post when the UT wrote to me, you need to find out with your legal representative if you had one, they might have received the notices from UT, or did you change address in between.

Hi, you should write to them and tell them that and send your previous visa approval letter, also you can send a points based calculator summary where you should score points for your degree. Best of luck.

looking at the skydrive follwoing users have had their visa approved despite on 3C & 3D - with notes below. PK_UK 29/03/2014 spent 9 months on 3C.All apps were intime.appeal was allowed. f khan 10/01/2014 completed last 11 months on 3c and 3d asjid73 02/10/2013 07years09 months student+02years ...

Hello Mrs P, You will win if you go to upper tribunal as you have lived legally for continuous 10 years in UK. Just reply the letter and include the additional evidence of yr 10 years stay . You have a strong case , the only problem is your application Which HO will invalidate but you can still arg...

I called the tribunal today 18/03/14, and they told me HO has applied for permission to appeal to the UT.

Hi, thanks for your reply. How long after your appeal was allowed, did you find out that they appealed to UT, do they write to you. I am thinking to wait till the end of the week to call the tribunal, my appeal was allowed 06/03/14.

hi, I think it is a good idea according to my own experience. I was refused psw route and I included Art 8 in my appeal, as I had been here 9 years and 11 months on the date of my hearing. My fiance of 8 years, who is English, my mum and my sister who are naturalised british citizens also testified....
