Dear Sir,

Yes i am on HSMP. Are u very sure that I dont need to fulfill the maintenance requirement? If yes what form do I need to fill up VAF2 because it also has an option box for dependent of a person in employment category. or some other form ?

a) In you case when they said the you dont qualify for ILR did they extend you FLR?

Just wanted to update you on the fact that I just reached UK this Sunday i.e. 29th June 2008 on my HSMP visa. So all those who are planning to come to UK please note that You do not need protectors stamp on your passport.

This is the status you will see for most part. This status will change once the UK VAC of your city gets the Application back from BHC.

Guys I got an Update from gerrys,

The Call Center told me that the document would have been necessary if I was applying along with my wife...

Anyways I would advice all to submit both Original & Noterized Marriage Certificate even if you are applying alone.
