Finally my husband has been called by the embassy.
He has now submitted his passport on 11 September at mirpur. Do you know how long he will be collected his passport? Does the passport get stamp at the Islamabad or Dubai in Pakistan?

Anyone please reply. ..does any of you experience similar tge above situation problem.

I believed that home office has been sent the determination letter to the islamabad embassy in April 2014. Now three months has passed..how long my hubby will be called letter? I have emailed embassy but no reply for two weeks. pls advice.

Can I scan and email them the determination letter and letter that permission refused by the jugde to the visa centre...I am not sure who I should i email to...I have no email address. If I scan and email them that would be quicker and they might call my husband for collection passport rather than w...

Today 23-04-2014 I received a letter that the judge has refused home office s permission to appeal to upper tribunal. So now how long it will take to get call letter and collecg passport. Plzzzzzz reply

I received determination letter 9 weeks after the hearing. ...I know the feeling.

I got the same letter that the home office made appeal for permission by tribunal in 11 February. I haven't hear any result in writing. Does any of you know how long it take to reply. This is out of order.

Home office had made appeal for permission after determination allowed. But how long will I hear the result wether permission or not by tribunal? Anyone know?

Home office is out of order that is so unfair. The judge has allowed appeal. ..the judge know what is right. Dont you think

The determination letter reached to ur home. Was this copy lettet ftom ur solicitor or gm home office.

Where court did u go? Did the letter reach to your home address or your solicitor has sent you the copy of determination letter.
