Re: Right to work whilst at court of appeals

@ princess of Ammi Hi thank you for your post, however I'm a bit panicked after reading your post. You mentioned exhaustion of appeal rights at upper tribunal (section 3C stops at exhaustion of appeal rights) After doing a bit googling I found this. Please check page 12 https://www.gov.uk/government...

Re: ECS came out negative - impossible!

I called the UKBA and they told me that I can work with my EEA permit and that the ECS check is to verify people who applied for a work visa from within the UK so my employer should not have used that service on me, thus I was unlawfully fired. Thanks. Hi flcalx Can I ask which number did you call?...

Re: Today's hearing experience and senior members help requi

So you've got 4 months before you can apply for ILR, I think you are safe even if your appeal gets dismissed you can apply for permission to appeal for UT, if permission not granted then you go to Upper tribunal directly. And whole of this process will take about 4 months.

Re: Advice needed about court of appeal

It was never raised in the initial grounds of appeal(FTT), however at upper tribunal barrister asked permission to add additional grounds which was granted and due to this judge adjourned the hearing. Re: Advice needed about court of appeal

@lola
Few days before my FTT determination evidential flexibility was overturned by court of appeal. And my barrister based the whole case on evidential flexibility.
We added article 8 at upper tribunal however it got dismissed too.
