Thank you Manci, Do you think that if we apply for another cos request on the basis of old job advert with reducing the salary to match job advert, UKBA will suspect that we have reduced the salary (in cos request) to match job ad and it will not make negative impression.

Hi all Gurus,

My employer is applying for tier 2 restricted certificate, and in the first screen it ask for Work dates start and end date. Does this start date and end date should be three year long so that I can get 3 year visa or just one year.

Hi pgaiks, the order in which ukba consider is points. if points are equal than they will allocate all of them at the same time or none.

According to past history it looks like it takes on an average 5 days. But please let us know when anyone gets there certificate for January 2014.
