Re: ILR and Maternity

I presume you are applying on form SET(O), Section 9A of the form gives you the option to score points for your earnings even if you have taken or you are still on maternity leave.

1. This is your base salary. This is what should be in your employment contract. Overtime, subsidies or allowances are temporary and do not count towards your annual salary. This is only used in assessing the applicant’s financial capabilities e.g. whether you can pay your home rent or expenses etc....

Re: ILR refusal - what is next?

1 – Apply for another T1-G extension. You’ll be given either 2 or 3 years of extension based on your current extension. i.e. if you currently have 2 years extension, you’ll be given 2 years not 3. Apparently there is no limit on how many times you can get extension to your T1-G visa. Dear Subtle, I...

Re: ILR refusal - what is next?

M6: You should only select “Yes” if you ever had HSMP and you were covered under the judicial review. Otherwise select “No”. Regarding your finances, your dependent does not need to have a bank account in her name and having required funds for a specific period. If you are the main source of her sus...

Re: Tier 1 ILR application and Employer letter for annual le

To be honest mate, its not a huge issue. I am in a similar situation and there is a solution. For the last 5 years, I have changed 3 employers and used to go home on holidays every year using my paid annual leave. So it doesn't make any sense to chase up my previous employers and ask them to give me...

Re: Tier 1 general ILR eligibility after 2015

Your current T1G extension would expire in Sept 2015 and you are eligible for ILR in August 2015. Apologies, but why do you still want to apply for an extension before April 2015 instead of applying for ILR in August 2015? If you send your ILR application in 08/2015 and it reaches the home office an...

Re: ILR refusal - what is next?

Hi Everyone, Today, I been refused for ILR settlement because I has a simple police caution that I had received an year ago. According to Home Office with such caution you can only apply for settlement after 24 months. Which means now I can apply for ILR after 11 months. My current tire-1 (General)...
