You don't need to pay any visa fees. You have enroll at a new college and send the fresh CAS letter with your bank statements. (Not more than 30 days old). No is the Positive answer. Your application should be made by 14 December ie 3 months after your income cycle ends on 14 September.

Hello Mr. Jain,

Not a problem as such, but sometimes may lead to a question. You can change it to your Current residential address in case you don't have a office address at the moment.

Hello Vinny,

Your child will need a visa only to enter the UK again in case of your emergency Visit to India. The child can stay in the UK till you get your ILR. Then he or she can apply to be registered as a British Citizen. (Child born in the UK and parents getting settlement subsequently)

You have entered the UK within 90 days of issuance of your Visa. Hence your date of entry will be counted from the date of grant of entry clearance, ie 28 May, 2009.
