Is that a business address, as this is quite common that some parcels may be delivered to another unit with the same post code?
No, this is my home adress. Complex letter and brp were delivered to the same address.

Thank you

Re: Director loan

yes. and not only do you need a directors loan, you also need an unaudited account statement from a verified accountant.

I sent only directors loan with evidences and HO requested unaudited statement after a few weeks. My case worker was kind i guess. Do not take chances, supply them all they need

How can you say that you cannot take money from account if your visa is in process. that is completely false. you are on PSW which gives you the right to start investing immediately. How then did you invest 12,000 quid? and do you have evidence of this? Start ...

Re: Visa refuse need urgent advice

@raz230 Now you have two options but the question is are you switching from PSW or student visa?? 1. If from PSW. Before you go to appeal, make sure you do a directors loan then transfer some funds into your business account and make sure this initial investment amount is reflected in your business ...

Re: Plzz urjent help needed Homeoofice refusal

simple. get your brother and father to write a third party letter for you saying that they have given you the money towards your business. Also might be worth providing an updated bank statement or confirmation of balance from the bank.
