Thanks guyzy for you valued suggestion. To @CR001: It was done early evening around after 3pm (16/3/2016) . Can Royal Mail pay back the price difference as compensation ? To @wildstreak: We called them to request about the situations and the replay was "have to pay the price difference" :(...

That does not work mate. That was my thinking, because this is illegal to do so. You (or anybody) cannot post anybodyelse passport or no one (even parents) can carry anybodyelse (of their children) passport. I dont under the rule. I did ETD with the hope that I would get that earlier than the passpo...
