hi dear i have a question if u got ur visa on 26th june 2009 then how u applied for ilr 38 days before the 5 year contineous time becaue i am dur to ILR and i got my visa in 9 sep 2009 and i enterd here on 22 sep 2009 so i am confuse now rearding the date when i can apply for ILR

and now i am really very confuse whether i have to do another test for the english requirement or ielts will be ok
