Hi When applying for ILR, do we have to provide proofs for all the absences from the UK.? Even a short absence of 2 or 3 weeks as a part of annual leave? If there is an absence of 140 days due to working overseas, will UKBA ask for a reason? Or the reason is only asked if the absence is for 180 days...

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT Long Term staff for last 4 years (before 6 Apr 2010). If I switch to Tier 2 General, will my stay of 4 years on ICT count towards the ILR?
