Like I said earlier, you can apply for ILR under 90 days rules even if you have lived 4 years and 9 months... I'm not sure from where you ...

Yes, smartkhan SIR,.... you can get ILR 28 days before EC but only after your application is rejected and you hire a good barrister. I believe in rules...and when there are no specifies...

I am sure I'm IN but just wanted to make sure. My first EC was granted on 28th May 2009. I landed in UK on 7th August 2009 i.e. after 71 days of getting EC My current visa is expiring on 25th June 2014. According to UKBA's 90 days concession rule and 28 days rule, I'm eligible to go for ILR anytime...

Dear shace318... yes you will have to mention your 88 days absence on the form as you cannot and you shouldn't hide it... also it will be obvious on your passports through entry exit stamps... HW/CW will not be interested in this absence because its long time ago not current year but total absences ...

Hi Zeee123, Yes HO started this new shit on accountant registration letter thing although I guess they can check it online themselves...this is not a big deal.. and Yes it is not mandatory to register PAYE and same is mentioned in the first para on HMRC website...but CWs are dumb...
