Re: SET O APPLIED in JAN-Feb 14' at PEO CROYDON

Hi Zeee123, I know your frustration. You just got unfortunate. If they didn't ask any documents or any questions, any enquiries in 4 weeks... then HO just trying to delay and waste as much time as possible otherwise they would've approached you by now. You will get decision for approval soon, this i...

Hi Zeee123,

I know your frustration. You just got unfortunate.

Did the CW ask for any documents that you couldn't provide at the time? Any questions that you couldn't answer?

If they didn't ask any documents or any questions, any enquiries in 4 weeks... then H

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

The CW will have access to immigration history along with other Govt. records. UK is known for their databases of every silly thing :D Whether to access these records is at the sole discretion of the CW. ILR will be rejected only in ONE scenario - DECEPTION - i.e you claimed X amount at Tier 1 rene...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

I agree with fn286, as long as someone only submitted divergent vouchers while extending the visa if they have submitted company accounts saying as sole share holder then there might be some possible digging at corporation tax. But in the end it's all depends upon case to case and more importantly ...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Well I know 1 thing for sure. It does not matter that some body was self employed or director of limited company.and now they are salaried .... Ukba can and will randomly(quiet often now a days) check his past application details.case workers are making sure that the applicant WAS eligible for the ...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Hi fn286, Thanks for your detailed explanation. What can be the situation if Self Assessment figures (Dividends part) does not match (less than )with claimed Dividends but still they are higher than the Qualifying Point? And second thing, the claimed 12 months period can differ from Self Assessment...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Dear AUHS, I don't have P60's from past years but I have the alternate that I also quoted on my reply to mrehanashraf. That's employment history letter from HMRC (RRS one, with no employer names, salary or NI amounts) that is HO approved format. It shows that I paid NI in last 4 years hence I was e...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

I agree that everything should be clear with HMRC... but its corporation tax... not personal tax... my self assessment is fine... I'm still looking for facts... @fn286 Your Self assessment contains Salary and dividends that your company declared and paid to you. It does not mention Corporation tax....

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Answers to your point 1 : You are right that they have to request information from HMRC as can't be done on same day. One of the case I mentioned applied in PEO and they held his case by saying that they need to do further queries .Remember same day decision is NOT gurenteed in PEO's. Point number ...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Let me make it clear guys. I am reading your posts and just want to clear some doubts. Ukba or Case worker will surely dig out the grave of your previous earnings or application details if they smell some thing . They will contact with HMRC and confirm the earnings claimed in your previous applicat...

Re: Tier 1 ext. as Limited company director and ILR as salar

Thanks for your information. So the employment history will records every returns( personal and ltd director)you made for past years am i right? I think that you should be fine as you will provide the earnings by payslips and not divdents as a full time employee. The case worker will do the work ba...

Re: Amended company tax returns: please advise

unfortunately I'm gonna take my chances. You don't keep record for past 2 years. My opinion is if CW ask any such questions, coming up with great justification always helps. I haven't seen anyone who was asked for past years 'corporations tax'. just to make myself clear, corporation tax completely d...

Re: Amended company tax returns: please advise

My dear friends , The only answer is just do rectify your mistakes. Please do not believe those who advice you to take a chance on the basis that many people had got ILR even though they had a murky past . You will not find these people after your ILR rejected and you would regret yourself only for...

Re: Amended company tax returns: please advise

Dear ilrteir1genral, I completely understand your situation as I'm facing similar worries. It is mainly because some people fraudulantly got Tier 1 extensions claiming fake earnings as directors and closed their company as soon as visa was granted. My case is slightly different than yours as I didn'...

Does your employment history letter shows another tax return for e.g coopration tax, vat return, etc... or it only shows the ni and paye paid for past 4 years? Dear pinkpop, employment history only shows previous employments that were reported on PAYE i.e. tax or national insurance was reported or ...
