Re: urgent advice needed loss of job before FLR(m) applicati

Dear Obie Please can you confirm that my FLR(m) will not be granted if the sponsor doesn't have a job on the day of application, even if the actual income from last 12 months is much higher than £18600? and if the FLR(m) is rejected, will the home office will grant right to appeal or apply again if ...

Re: Spouse visa extension, need some clarity please

Thank you so much CR001.

Yes she got visa after I got ILR, its spouse visa.

Expired IELTS was acceptable but I don't think it is acceptable any more. I wish to have more clarity around this.

Thanks

Now I am a British citizen but I came to UK on Tier 1 (G) visa. On Home office website, in exceptions, it says that 'if your partner had...

Hi Tulip 'Better safe than sorry' I strongly believe in this and that's why my journey has been smooth and easy since I arrived in UK 6.3 years ago. Re: British Passport application processing timelines (only)

Hi

Is it ok to pay passport fee by completing the payment page in the passport booklet? I'm thinking of applying for passport directly myself and post application/docs myself.

The forms at post office are same as the ones you order on website for free.

Thanks.
