I'm also waiting from last 18 months, whenever I call, HO asked me to wait more as your application is in process, now I'm also thinking to vary my application to tier 4. HO sent me letter stated that they wil give me decision till 31 march, but I know there is no sign of decision even till 31 march...

Acknowledgemnt letter from HO when I applied for tier 1 visa 17 months ago... 2nd question my uk master degree is 17 months old still I applied for tier2 on it? I hear u can't apply after 1 year..

It means that it is the solicitor who provided that account of 50£ not you...
