How long do they take?

Anyone who has experience with EEA3 in 2014:

07/01/14 - applied for EEA3
10/01/14 - COA received

However, debit fees until now has still not been taken from my account? Why is this? Has anyone gone through this?

Anyone who applied for EEA3 this month, have they taken the debit fees (£55) from your account and if yes, when? Can you mention the time line?

And does anyone know the right email for home office's department regarding EEA3?

I received the the 'receipt of acknowledgement' but my question is, why have they not taken the debit fees of my account? It normally takes within 3 days but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now.

Hello Guys I am a 29 year girl, Danish citizen who applied for a EEA3 application 7/1/2014 and the date of received by the home office was on 8/1/2014. And I received the 'receipt of acknowledgement' on the 13th of Jan 2014 (dated 10/1/2014). However, until now, they haven't taken any debit of fees ...
