Hi all..just got an email from my lawyer saying my flr o application has been returned to her because HO want me to pay the application fee because they believe I am not destitute..My lawyer wants to argue that decision...should I let her go ahead with that or just try somehow to get the money toge...

Thanks Deb1999. I applied as Parent of a British child myself FLR (FP). Waiting to get a response from UKBA. My application was in on the 14th of January. Done my biometrics 29th of January so I am hoping to hear from them very soon. I have booked a plane ticket to travel in March so fingers crossed...
