Hi All.. Hope EveryOne will get your favourable result Soon!! Iam still waiting for my UT permission for my FLR(O).. If UT refused,then i have Two options in my mind.. Because i have evidence of persecution for my family if we go back to our country I been in UK 7years, my childrens are 5 years now....

It is not possible to switch from discretionary leave to Tier 4 under the rules, it's also not possible to switch from tier 4 dependent to tier 4 so making your wife the main tier 4 migrant is not going to work if she will be applying from inside the uk. Can anyone tell me, if an appeal is allowed and you receive written confirmation of this, can the appellant begin to look for work straight away?
