Hello Samam, It is an an awful wait, I know this. It took us 6 weeks to get our determination after the judge, like yours, advised 3 weeks. The process is easier if you just resign yourself to it not coming.. Then one day it'll just show up on your doorstep without you even expecting it... Good luck...
