Re: ILR Success - 13 Feb 2014

One more to confirm (just in case if there is any change in rule or I am not aware about that) . You could have provided last 3 months salary slip and Bank statement. Yes. Again as you say 3 months is what they ask for tchnically. But many on this forum have advised to provide 12 months of d...

Macco wrote:Congrats !!! :) Just one query : Was there any need to provide cohabitation documents for last 5 years ? I guess for your case, last 2 years was expected. (@Amber: am I right on this point ?)
You are right Macco - 2 years would be sufficient. I just added them all as an extra safety.

Re: Question regarding life in the UK test

HI,

You can reach them at : settlementopspolicy@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
They would internally divert it to relevant team who should then get back to you.

However as far as I know there is no expiry date and 2008 certificate should serve the purpose.

regards

Dear Sir/Madam, Good day. I have been in UK since 8 Feb 2009 to 12 Nov 2011 on Tier 2 ICT Visa (Before the rules changed in Apr 2010). I then switched employer and I had to travel to my home country (India) to apply for a new Tier 2 General visa. And so I was absent from UK from 12th Nov 2011 to 15t...
