Ok guys, took about a month to have visa stamped finally after submitting call letter.

Call letter is normally received within 12 weeks of receiving determination letter.

My wife submitted passport with call letter in December 2013. We are still waiting for visa stamp. Does anyone know how long it is taking now for visa stamp :(?
