I did not get any answer from court about my venue change request , and my Glasgow appointment date is on 12th July , what action I can do if they will not give answer to my request until current date ?

My business plan was about procurement services in which I describe the procurement services which was mentioned in sox code list but rest of words are copied from the internet , I was not aware of this because someone make business plan for me , now home office write in the refusal that you copied ...

Maintenance in ISA account is ok , I also showed maintenance in ISA, no objection

How to File JR? His refusal was dated on 16th of May and today is his last day to contact HO about his removal. He received his refusal as it was sent by 2nd class recorded delivery. He is going to consult solicitor later on about it.

Got refusal on 2nd time today, interviewed on 11 march 2014, business plan copied , not satisfied with market research, did not supply where funds come from . I want to go for appeal , any body suggest good lawyer.

It is advised to u , plz don't apply too early , apply just 10 -15 days before expiry. Because in other case if u will apply early you will loose the chance of appeal in case of refusal. No appeal allowed if you visa valid at time of decision.
