Re: Marrying an illegal immigrant in the UK

Thanks Wanderer for your reply.

We have been advised on here before that he should return home but it is all very confusing to be honest as we have seen 3 different solicitors, 1 of which said he should return to Albania the other 2 said we should do it this way. It's hard to know who to believe!!

Marrying an illegal immigrant in the UK

Hi all, My Albanian partner has been in the UK illegally for around 3 years. We have been advised by our solicitors that in order to obtain a visa for him to stay here with me we should apply for an unmarried partner visa in the knowledge that it will get rejected as we have not been cohabiting for ...

Re: Boyfriend caught by British Transport Police

Hi Rayking, No we won't do anything hasty and we both think it's best we wait for him to be cleared before we start the application process. It was just the first solicitor we saw as soon as we told them about this incident they started saying 'you need to get an application in straight away!' and i...

Re: Boyfriend caught by British Transport Police

Thanks everyone for the replies. He is currently released on bail, someone matching his description had been reported for an incident on the tube a couple of months ago. I am 100% certain that they have the wrong guy, he has never been in trouble in his life and he would never do anything to risk be...
