Re: Tier 2 sponsor company acquired by a large company

Can't the scope of the license be extended so the migrants who are already under co. A sponsorship, can continue to do so?

Key here is, the company B does not have any legal presence in the uk, except company A which is still run by the old owners in the capasity of directors.

But even the new application have exactly the same info including the person who will apply. What difference would that make, if company is still operating as ever before?

Re: Tier 2 sponsor company acquired by a large company

Hi, What happens in the scenerio where company A is the license holder and director sells all shares to company B (non uk), But other than this NO change takes place whatsoever. Old directors are still the directors, company name, business, staff and everything else remain unchanged? Can company A c...

Re: very urgent, entry on last month of visa

As long as you're confident enough with your answers while returning, you should be ok. I returned just 2 weeks prior to my psw expiry and spending 4 months outside.. However, if it's not urgent then don't go n spend some time on application as a well documented applications are processed quickly no...

Re: GOT REFUSAL TODAY RIGHT OF APPEAL COMPLICATED

One sad news to share. we applied as a team and our application was refused on the basis of following 1. No Credible source of funds ( Salary was less, how could you save £50 k by two people) 2. Educational qualification and less experience in the field that doesn't support the business can provide...

Re: Application fee query

If your application is returned as invalid then you'll have to submit new application with whatever the fees prevailing on the day of your application. Make sure you send your application before the expiry of your current leave or you'll not get right of appeal if something unfortunate happens (I wi...

Re: Received an email from HO please need urgent help

just to add to what Olasunkanmi said, don't forget to mention aHO reference number related to your previous application (there may be more than 1 and this would help them locate the document). Also, would be a good idea to attach a scan of your degree with the email you send (I hope you've kept copy...

Re: Time to get Right of Appeal

Yes I did get the right of appeal for refused application which was returned as invalid earlier.. If you submitted the bank letter confirming you had money available n no payment request was made by ukba, thn you're likely to get right of appeal. It takes normal FTT procedure timing which I believe ...

Re: Appeal Bundle sending date

where & when is your appeal? Usually you need to submit your bundle before 5 days of your hearing and if you're late then still you can submit by explaining the valid reason and you should be fine. You can also submit your bundle to tribunal in person if that suits but to home office you need to...

@shortdays, I will suggest you to apply UT as many ppl from this forum have won the case in UT. By that time you will get time to prepare your self for new application. Now 1. If you decide to go to UT and don't get the permission, (appeal right exausts and 3c ends here) in this case once you will ...

@ shortdays, better apply for permission to appeal at UT and then make necessary plans for your fresh application by correcting the mistakes in your previous application. From the FTT judgement, you have full appeal right and can submit fresh application within the time given on last decision lette...

Hi Rooney,

Actually, the ukba call centre did take my details, did some research by keeping me on hold & then spoke to me. would this have any negative impact on my fresh application?
