My 10 years are completing on 14th of April but i m going to apply on 19th of March, 27 days before the anniversary of my 10 years completion. Shall i wait for my 10 year qualifying period to apply for ILR Or shall I apply within 28 days before the qualifying period.

Hi,

Any of you ( September applicants who are waiting) have any complex situation in your case, such as overstayed etc...

If it is then it will take longer.

but not to worry you all will get eventually.

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for PR in December 2014.

I got Life in UK test certificate in March 2013.

will this certificate be ok to apply for ILR OR Do i have to take life in the UK exam again ?

one more question. I went to Europe in Aug 2007 by coach. My passport is not stamped on arrival. but it is stamped on way back by UKBA.

is it going to be problem on my application ?

which route is better ?

10 year ILR or Wait one year and apply under Tier 1 General ( 5 year stay).

Hi Gurus, moderators friends and well wishers, I came to UK on 17-Jan-2005. I was on Student visa for 5 Years (done PhD from UK uni), 6 month on PSW and rest on Tier 1 General. All visas extended on time or before the expiry date. 120 days in total outside of UK. My current visa expires on 26-Jan-20...
