I had uploaded most of my document to UKVCAS website with a few pending. Now I am just collating and sending to that email address. My aim is to send on or ...

Re: Tier1 Ent £50k to ILR - Documents

No I don't have any old BRP in my possession. Just a scanned copy.
Old passport is expired but it has one visit in 2007 to UK on tourist visa and one in 2010 student visa when I first entered UK. The new passport covers the 5 year period under Tier1 E under which I am applying for ILR.

Re: Tier1 Ent £50k to ILR - Documents

Ok thanks. Just last few checks. Evidence of <my name's> immigration status in the UK - This would be 2 BRPs, the most current and previous BRP covering 5 year period, yes? All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK - If th...

Re: Tier1 Ent £50k to ILR - Documents

Thanks CR001. However this question is what confused me. When did you first enter the UK? (Required) This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started. First date of entry was in 2010. First date of T1E category and the 5 year completion upon whic...

Re: Tier1 Ent £50k to ILR - Documents

Thanks Zimba. I've now started to fill in the Set (O) online for ILR and I just had a quick question on filling up absences. It asks Since you first entered the UK, have you had any absences from the UK? (Required) This includes any absences however short. I entered UK in 2010, I reckon I have to li...

Re: URGENT PLEASE HELP! Applying IRL From 5 years of TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR

Hi,

Had you not shown Director's Loan account previously at the time of extension to prove your investment? If you had, it's not needed now but someone more experienced here may advise.

Re: Have I fulfilled Job creation for ILR?

Thanks. However, I was granted extension on March 27 2018 and I complete 5 years on March 14, 2019. So does that make my ILR application count as being 'within' 12 months since extension granted if I apply in 2nd week of March 2019?

Re: T1E status and working on IR35 contracting services

Yes thought so as well. Sorry I didn't word it properly though I meant IR35 as legislation and contracts falling inside or outside of it. Just to confirm if the contract is IR35 compliant as in outside of IR35 with 1. Control 2. Substitution and 3 MOO (as some contract roles lately clearly indicate ...

Re: Tier1 Entrepreneur Extension Approved after 12 Months - Query

Got it. Many thanks. I do not think the employment activity during waiting time was wasted as my team achieved a lot of growth during the waiting period plus I had that interview during October so it was all worth it and part of running the business.

Re: Extension Compliance Interview

Not as in 'probing' or intimidating but more like trying to understand the business. At the end of the day for many startups office premises is an overhead and I think they do recognize that.
