Hi,
In practice we apply first for the primary applicant with GBP 2800/- as maintenance funds. Once the visa is through we apply for the dependants using funds apart from the GBP 2800/- already shown, and have had no problems so far.

Hi MSR, It is absolutely true that the BDHC holds the track history of all applicants. But the law to ban people from entering the U.K on misrepresentation / fraud was instituted only in april 'o8. So u still might have a chance if u could present 110 % genuine documents this time and give a convinc...

Hi Itsmanu, Yes u can definitely apply for ur HSMP provided u qualify with the minimum 75 points. Your dependant staus does not prevent u from doing that. Although, on second thought I'm wondering why u would want to do that, as u can legally enjoy all the perks that ur spouse is entitled to.

Hi,
Its highly difficult to guarantee the chances of visa without knowing/ understanding on what grounds u were rejected in the first place. If the BDHC believes u have submitted fraudulent documents, it would be almost impossible to change their mind set, unless u do it right this time.

Hi,
The BDHC will always retain the original approval letter when the visa is denied. I dont think anyone can help u if u have not even retained a xerox copy. Anyways, try contacting ur local VFS, and request them to get u a copy of the approval.

Hi,
If u can explicitly explain the source of these funds, this amount is more than enough for 2 people. There is no need to take a furhter loan.
