Re: Urgent Help on Tier 4 Exam resit within UK

Oh, I didn't notice that the university are happy to issue a CAS! Full marks to your university! Should be fine, and I would presume they've checked your documents too, so should be fine.

Re: Urgent Help on Tier 4 Exam resit within UK

LTR is probably impossible, as the university won't sponsor you, as mentioned already. There is a fairly solid concession that anyone overstaying for up to 28 days will not be affected in future visa applications by this short overstaying. You would still be an overstayer, and technically liable for...

Re: tier 4 refusal

Yes, the decision is wrong. Admin reviews are not doing very well at recognising errors, so the failure of the admin review is not a great surprise. The staff are overworked, with very little time to consider applications, so if it is complicated in any way, you are at risk of errors. You can submit...

Re: URGENT: Investment(200K) in Steps

Dear Members, Reference to Lucapooka's comment "Please refer yourself to paragraph 37 and Table 5 of appendix A of the immigration rules." I have a question, I transferred the 200K to my business account, I have many profits about 135K, all expenses I spent are almost 110K, Please explain...

Re: IT contracting with T1 Enterprenur

It would be seen as employment by the Home Office, so even if the agency does hire you, you would not be advised to take it as it would put your visa at risk. The main point is though that an agency, or any other business, is not compelled to employ you even if you think they are allowed to. They ta...

Dear Team Members, I am currently on my 2n year of Entrepreneur visa and have the following question: Can I recruit European candidates for job creation and counts towards the visa job creation points? Is there any specific criteria to be checked if we are recruiting European candidates? Appreciate...

Re: Construction as a business !!

Another important point to note is that your construction services should fall within the required NQF level 4 if you are on Tier 1 Entrepreneur PSW route. @Olasunkanmi: Thanks for your reponse!! I am a T1E by 200K route. Is there any such level like NQF or any other obligation that you know of for...

Re: Visa Curtailment interview

I'd like to add that you don't need to be engaged in the same business as you proposed in your initial application. You are free to engage in any business you wish, and even abandon the initial business. You just need to make sure that you are always registered as director of a business which meets ...

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

Sorry for the late reply - I couldn't log in for a while. If your loan agreement does not contain clear clauses that the loan is unsecured and subordinated in favour of third party cerditors, the investment does not count, and your visa will be refused. To keep it simple, add very simple, separate c...

Re: Entrepreneur Maintenance

Just to be sure, we are talking about maintenance finds, NOT investment funds.
You can use a bank account in your name in Pakistan, as long as this bank statement (and the bank) meets all Home Office requirements.

Re: can we be employee of our own company?

It does seem a bit much like hard work, for what you will save. I'm sure dividends would be easier, but then I'm no accountant!

Re: Further supporting documents to UKBA

If the full amount was correctly shown in the application as being invested, then there is no need to show further investment later, before a decision is made. If a new YE accounts document has been produced since the application, and it clearly shows a healthy, actively trading business, especially...

Re: Investment for extension

It's difficult to be sure about your case, as I don't have the details, but all legitimate business expenses, other than your own remuneration (salary, dividend, director's loan out of the company) counts as spending on the business. If you clearly transfer the money into the business, and the accou...

Re: Further supporting documents to UKBA

If accounts from chartered accountant are submitted, which clearly show the investment, then there is no need for invoices and so on. Sending all the invoices won't do any good, and may cause confusion - I wouldn't.

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

If the investment is not as share capital, then it has to be a director's loan. The loan agreement absolutely must, clearly, state all the terms demanded by the Home Office. This is easy though, as you are preparing the agreement yourself (or instructing a lawyer to prepare it for you)

Re: Evidence of money already invested not accepted

Hello Irfanmz It sounds like you have done everything correctly, although I would have to see your accounts and bank statements to be sure. To clarify: You paid the 50K from your own personal account into the business account. Expenditure is paid from your business account, and supported by invoices...
