Hi! Tulib143 Home Office’s requirements from 20 November 2013 provided list of awarding body where my wife's certificate was not on the list. Hi Ali1975 You have claimed Benefit absolutely in your merit. I don't think so she will get any problem for that. Requirement is you have to show adequate finance for your wife. Hence your wife already earning good money far above the requirement. So don't worry she will get her ILR by her own merit...

Thank u all gurus for reply. I was aware that she can apply but some people and solicitors said she can't because she was in Tier 4 student visa dependent. Don't know what to do.
