As a British citizen you are no longer able to sponsor your wife under the EEA Regulations. Hi all, I'm an Irish citizen who become British through the naturalisation process, my wife came to the UK on 03/2013 to join me as a family member of an EEA national. Now as I mentioned above I become British citizen, so my question is can my wife apply for a resident permit as the wife of a Britis...

Hi Jaweb you mentioned on your first post that your child had a British passport, kindly, would you please till me how did you manage to get that as I am an Irish citizen living in the UK and expecting a baby soon. also do I have to apply for an eea3 in order for my wife to apply for eea4 ? thanks
