ILR: 90 days overseas out of last 12 months

Hi, I have quick question about the following criteria for ILR application: "During the last 12 months of the five-year period you must not have been outside the UK for more than 90 days" I wonder if the day of departure and arrival count as being overseas. For instance, if I depart 03/12 ...

The form I found for ILR was the SET(0). But this one already mentions the change in the rules.

Which is the "old" for that do not mention the new rules, for which officials are willing to accept until June? Could you provide a link for this? Thanks a lot.

HSMP ILR (1 year as student)

I have completed 3 years under the HSMP. However, I have been in the UK for 4 years as I spent my first year here in a full-time MSc.

Given it's a total of 4 years, can I already apply for ILR? Or should it be 4 years under the HSMP? Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Because we keept our house there, and go there very regurlarly for holiday. And the person is our employee there.

Is there excluded the possibility that a person who lives in one country can have a life in another country as well, with house and everything?

Thanks Raji_karmlaw! I saw in the information about domestic worker in the Home Office. But it is not clear when it says "contract or main terms of of employment". Does anybody know hoe this should be in the UK? Should it include salary? What about income taxes and NHS for domestic workers...

Nanny from home country

I have two children who were born in London since I came under the HSMP. My wife and I work and because of that we have been making local arrangements with nannies until now. However, we would really like to have a nanny brought from my wife's country (Philippines). It's getting to the time the babi...

Child born in 2004

I'm a HSMP since Aug-2002, and have been exempted from the fees since the beginning (the fees came out only more recently, I guess). My son was born in London in Jul-2003 and I had his passport stamped for no fee. Also my HSMP renewal in Aug-2003 was free. Now I need to have my daughter’s passport s...
