No no....
It's for the child's parents (ie Spouse and the Sponsor, or if there is another parent), even he/she is British and not in the application.

Leaf, Below might be useful: -One can start online application 8 weeks in advance, so that's pretty good. -They do ask for birth certificates for both parents, we couldn't provide one and explained in the cover letter. -They do ask for applicant's travel abroad in this relevant period, no need to pr...

Yes you are right, it didn't say in checklist, but please send it to be on safe side. Even passport photos are not required, but I send them anyways... Eg of Cover Page: Applicant’s Documents • Cover Letter • Applicant’s Passport • BRP card • 2 Photographs • English Language A2 certificate (original)

They ask for copies of sponsors passport - each and every page...
I did add page separators for each section ... Accommodation, Financial, etc

Of course, it’s not worth paying for the Premium! Yes, 10 days is very quick! Hope our comes quickly too… I am posting my docs today…. Wow excellent!!! Congrats! I would be worried if I did those mistakes...I am not worried birth birth certificate...they cant refuse on that basis..and the paper form doesn't even ask for it.. You said you received in 10 days...was it a Premium service you took? coz standard ones take 6-8 weeks isn't...

Just in plain words explain you don't have one and dob can be confirmed from the passport. We enclosed a school certificate along with passport, these two shows the dob.

That's what I read....people pay £600 extra and still no slots in weeks!! Crazy.. Btw today I read somewhere that Premium service centres are now closed..you would have to go via these new outsourcing partners...they have some sort of Priority/premium service.... it only takes 6-8 weeks for the spou...

I chose existing as for the new one you have to visit their new outsourcing partner, pay their fee and get all your documents scanned...that's what I understood... In the existing one..after paying, just post all your docs, passport, declaration pages signed and the checklist to the Sheffield addres...

there are certain places you have to tick otherwise you own't go forward.

I would recommend you to write the detail in your cover letter what you wish to explain...

Not sure how it would work as they probably want you to pay the fee valid at the time of the application. I’m keeping a close eye on it. The fees just keep going up. paying extra for premium on top of 4k fee for ILR...no way....

My understanding is that this going to the house of lords to be voted next week. Do we know if it will take effect at the begining of December? Surely it can't take effect mid-month.
