You can't check it online. You can call their customer line after a certain time though.

Yes, This is the right one.
If she can sign then it's best, if not then explain there and in covering letter.
It's better if you provide genuine ID or Passport. Copy would be accepted too but lately I read some applicants got refusal because they didn't provide originals.
