I got my HSMP in Apr 2006 (applied in March 2006) and am eligible for ILR under HSMP JR. However my wife and kids joined me in UK only in May 2009. I was waiting for them to compete 2 years in UK and apply for ILR togather, but am not sure now how would this new rule of meeting the income criteria a...
