Hi all I have read other posts regarding ILR but just want to make sure before i submit my app My ten years consists of student, psw and then tier 1(genral + extension) visas. I have downloaded set(LR) Filled it up Atached my degree and Kol test result brp and all of my passports 3months bank state...

I got my ILR on 12 May this year. I applied for my Mrs FLR (M) which is still pending. I wanted to apply to register my son born in UK in 2012 as a British citizen. Will it be sufficient just to provide my BRP, passport and his birth certificate with my name on it ? I can't provide my wife's passpor...

Hi Guys, I have received a letter stating that I should submitt my english test document. But in the past I have received my Tier 1 General on My batchelor's degree whcih i have submitted and for ILR also I ahve submitted the same. Any suggestions on what to do... do i have to take the english test...

Post office needs the original letter and in your case I would advise you to take advise given above using the special delivery service. And just for your information UKBA gives applicant 15 days to enrol Biometrics from the date of the letter
