I am on Tier-1 General visa came in 2010. So I guess unpaid leave should not cause any issues as Tier-1 General people need to be on employment or economically active on all 5 yrs? is that correct. Pls advise.

hello all pls shed some light if i can spread 180 days out of country in two calendar year (year 4 =80 and year 5=100) by going for ILR on 2016 instead of 2015. All your inputs/advise urgently will be very helpful so that I can plan to book my airtickets accordingly.

thanks for quick reply. You are right we will wait for experts and guru's of this forum to further comment and confirm this because in the addendum document in UKBA I didn't find any where saying it is applicable or not applicable for dependants. Guru's pls shed some light.
