Would you be so kind to let me know what is the difference in terms of complexity and time it takes to get the work permit now comparing with the former Green Card?

Thanks,

Dude,

I applied for German work permit last week based on a job offer I got from a leading IT company in Germany. So what the hell are you talking about?

I suppose you are not in Germany but in NL, stop taking drugs and get the hell out from the fantasy you are living in.

Gani and the other moderators, He/She can't substantiate anything since he/she is an agent of a lawyer's firm that deals with immigration to Europe. Therefore, he is looking for potential clients. He/she sent me a PM about that. I suggest to erase that post and block this user. There is no evidence ...

Hello, Can someone please answer my questions, I haven't seen such questions posted before. I have one more question: Can my prospective German employer submit my documents on my behalf and represent me in front of the German authorities if I delegate him to do that? Or do I have to come to Germany ...

Hello, I am happy for you that you finally found a good job. Unfortunately, the employers crossed your way waisted your time for many times. I am sure that before they invited you to the interview they knew they are not going to hire you for their own reasons. Most of my interviews until lately (now...

Hello, No doubt or dispute about the facts that Maria provided. However, the employment situation in Ireland, especially in the IT sector is not good enough to bring overseas applicants, as the unemployment rate in this sector is high enough to occupy first the local citizens. Not to mention that Ir...

Which family members am I entitled to bring?

Hello,

If I am a Green Card holder for Germany, then which family members am I allowed to bring with me? Would that be wife and children, or could it be parents, sisters and brothers?

Thank you!

Hello gcd, You can change a job/employer after 2 years in Germany. There is a motivation (I don't know if there is a legislation behind it yet) that will allow a Green Card holder to get an unlimited work permit and residence permit for Germany after 5 years (which is the maximal time a Green Card h...
