Thanks members :)

My Company sponsor me Tier 2 General visa and provided me the absent letter and confirmation i am still required by them. So i am confused still i say yes or no as financially i am getting salary from them dont know it falls under financial support or not .

Thanks for your help. I will apply after 16th April now. One more question my employer has issued a letter to me about absences etc on 11Th March is that letter is okay to submit on 16th April or it must be last 30 days old like bank statement. i got Tier 2 Visa on 14th May 2014 so my qualifying period is 14May.

As per 28 rules i can apply on 16th April as its before 28 days of 14th may or its 17th April which is with in 28 days range ?

Wanted to be clear which date is eligible date for me. Thanks.

Many Thanks. I checked the Guidelines in which former PSW holder can show 50K funds. I am Confused. 200k for Tier 2 Immigrants whom are not Former PSW holders. Yes, I can't use my own Money i have to go through Seed Funding.
