There is a chance to appeal...I guess that may take as long as 6 months That why we decided to talk with a lawyer and just appeal. as per my plans... the only thing is have to change accommodation immediately ..my rent has expired and have a quit notice so cant renew. Thank God we still have our job...

Thanks for all your comments. My husband is actually the main applicant and i with a son are dependants. Chess we prepared an expenditure and funds statement for 6 months.... that was included in the application. John as per overcrowding... well she asked how many people were living in the apartment...

I think iyanu is right..3-5 should do.
You need responses in the field you want to work in... i believe social care
or whichever field you got the hsmp thru.

But like you already know experiences vary..some ECOs dont ask for it while some do.

Hmm my dear,
Thanks for your concern.
We called them last on Monday and nothing as at at then.
Hope to call them again this afternoon to see whats up.
I wonder of they can hold an application for so long without making a decision?

my dear people no news yet called them up yesterday, said they are still making enquiries.. as per plane crash.............terrible disaster. not over load as u might think chess :( it was a boeing 737 with 117 passenger& crew... crashed a few minutes after take off.. guessed it dived and burnt ...

Thanks, They are not bankrupt and not in receivership either.. They are well financially and pay their taxes... this kind of employers cant evade tax either..they are too much regulated.. they pay fines if they mess up..so they are careful.. Thats why its a bit funny to say they cant be verified.......

Verification of work experience

A colleague of mine just got his refusal letter from the HSMP team. They didn't state the no of points awarded...they only said the BHC nigeria could not verify his work experience letters from his previous and current employers. He can go for a review..but how does he tackle this? the correct conta...

Thanks. I actually know all those really, but sometimes it seems the ECOs dont. To tell you the truth, i had enough evidence to prove all those and not one of my docs is forged. Anyway lets wait for her decision... and will tell you guys what she comes up with. if she grants it..good for me..if not ...
