There is a chance to appeal...I guess that may take as long as 6 months That why we decided to talk with a lawyer and just appeal. as per my plans... the only thing is have to change accommodation immediately ..my rent has expired and have a quit notice so cant renew. I think iyanu is right..3-5 should do.
You need responses in the field you want to work in... i believe social care
or whichever field you got the hsmp thru.

But like you already know experiences vary..some ECOs dont ask for it while some do.

We called them last on Monday and nothing as at at then.

Thanks, They are not bankrupt and not in receivership either.. They are well financially and pay their taxes... this kind of employers cant evade tax either..they are too much regulated.. they pay fines if they mess up..so they are careful.. Thats why its a bit funny to say they cant be verified.......
