I have been trying to check this site
www.workingintheuk.gov.uk and www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk for a few days now and no success??? whats happening? anybody knows?

My hard disk just crashed so I need to download some forms from these sites... :!:

well I have not been in ur circumstance but that doesnt stop me from saying my 2 cents. How long will you be staying at home? why do you want to loose ur hsmp status... there is no gurarantee that if you reaaply at a later date you will be given..also there is no guarantee that the scheme will still...

i agree with charity as well you can study part-time so as not to breach the immigration rules, while you work. Any typpe of work you choose will depend on you. But the main point is studying full time will change your circumstances and your leave to remain may be withdrawn so please tread with caut...

Bunto On the contrary..thers always a brought forward date on each persons file so they dont 4get it somewhere in their archives. But the date can be as long as 2 years interval. we submitted at GHana and my dear its 48 months this month.. we just got the interview waiver...even at that it dosent me...

I think kayalami once mentioned that for categories leading to settlement... overstaying will not be a problem since they are expected to make Uk their main home...

but come to think of it.. has her visa expired.. or its still valid but has stayed more than 6 months at a stretch???

papafaith I strongly doubt this. Though they are his dependants but they do not have valid EC that can be changed to another category... They have to go back home to apply.....chikena.. But they wont be refused if martins can prove the necessary details. I hope the wife did not have access to public...
