HSMP FLR documents

Hello All,

I have gone through the guidance notes and there is no mention of copies of documents submitted. I would like to know if I should make copies of original documents submitted or if this is done by the Home office.

thanks a lot.

Chinedu,

I hope ur tax clearance and the income U claim to have earned show the same amounts as they wld pick the amounts on the tax clearance over that on the supplied salary statement. I hope U understand this. All the best.

U need not worry abt qualifications - I applied and claimed points for education but did not include my degree certificate. I however had sufficient points from the other sections and I was given approval. The programme requires a minimum of 65points. The sections from which the scores should come f...

No U dont have to send ur documents with the review. Just state clearly in your review why U think they are wrong and if possible quote relevant sections of the guidance notes to back up ur claims.

All the very best.

I sent my application for review in June 2005 too and got my approval in August. I suggest U give them a call for an update on your application. Then U can start considering re-application if necessary.

Kindly advice me. My baby was born in the Uk 2 yrs ago on my visitor's visa. I just got approval for HSMP and will like to apply for them too. I would like to know if my son being born in britain will not affect the entry clearance.

I would like to find out if it is possible to apply for EC now for myself and kids and have the kids join me in March next year. Will their EC period have expired or is it only that of the main applicant expires.

Thanks a lot.
