Of course! I have! and spoken to a handful of lawyers - who have all said different things, which is comforting....but sounds like it is too much of a risk for me to apply for ILR when I am not working and not looking for work under UK Ancestry - so will now do appendix FM and go through the marriag...

Would you recommend that I contact an organisation listed on the OISC website and pay them to assist me with my application to ensure there are no errors and get advice where needed?
