My application got refused in feburay ..did appeal the same month ..one copy to the Tribunal one to bhc pakistan.which they reviwed,got an answer of them last month ..refused again..so they took abt 6months ..i have applied for a new case in August already ..been Two months ..best thing is to revie...

From January to October my gross pay was £1250. Which equals to 1250*10= £12,500 an at that time I had savings less than £16,00. November and December gross pay was 1560*2= 3120 so total for that year was £15,620. Which falls under the financial requirement of £18,600. At the time I hadn't had enoug...

It's only been 3months with my new wages that meet the financial requirement. So does that mean I have to wait more than 3 months to apply. I was planning on applying after I have 6 months pay slips. Which they require for the visa application.

Yes it is salaried I get paid the same amount every month which is £1273.64 which comes under net pay on my pay slip.
