In my case HO alleged that i have submit false documents but I won the appeal in upper tribunal I got my visa after nearly 2 years battle so my question will this affect on LR application or i have to explain all this in covering letter. In total it should be 6 years. It depends on your employer whether they are requesting for 3+2+1, 2+3+1, 3+3, 4+2 or 5+1.
