Don't worry webhunter... to the best of my knowledge,they deduct the payment first and then it goes to the evaluation team who give the reference No and start the case. You can check with the Credit card company..if it has been charged then the process has started. if it as not been charged then may...

I have also been refused Senior level experience points and have applied for a review.
I have applied on 16th Jan.

Nizamam: Whn did you apply for the review and when did you get the result?
Did they change any points in the review or is the status exactly as it was?

From the information I have collected from within this forum ,I can say that marksheets are not mandatory.but on the other hand there is no harm in sending ,if it gives you peace of mind that your docs are complete.

Finaly I could get all my documents in place and sent it by DHL today.

Though the timing is not right as it is holiday season and HO will definitely take more time to process now...anyway let's see.
